In order for a member to remain on deployable status for missions, member must participate in at least 1/2 of the drills. Captains have the ability to waive this for extraordinary circumstances, as long as safety and efficacy are not impacted. Drills are defined as Regular training meetings Field Training Exercises SAREX's Joint Training (TEEX, Starflight, Fire Schools, etc.) This change was made to ESOI-0001, Emergency Services Operation Instructions, located in the Member's Section of the website, under the document library.
